Is stove installation available in İzmir?
Short answer: Yes. We install the stoves and fireplaces we sell in 30 districts of İzmir; the fee is confirmed on WhatsApp when you order. Outside İzmir we do not install; shipping is free for stoves and fireplaces and the stove is shipped to your address.
What we install
We install the stoves and fireplaces sold on this website in the İzmir region: the Petra Şömine brands (Baba's Stove, Natural Stove, Petra Classic) and Ignova Stove; pellet stoves, cookstoves, cast-iron stoves and fireplaces.
Every home and every flue is different, so we confirm the installation once we have seen your address and flue on WhatsApp.
We install in these 30 districts of İzmir. Each district has its own stove page with models and delivery details.
Outside İzmir (including Aydın and Muğla) we do not install. Stoves and fireplaces are shipped free by cargo across Türkiye (3 days on average; payment by bank transfer). In İzmir and nearby provinces we can also bring it to your door in our own vehicle by arrangement with you; in that case you can also pay cash or by card on delivery.

What to prepare before installation
A working chimney or flue of the right diameter
The stove is connected to a clean chimney that draws properly; the flue outlet must match the stove's flue diameter. Each model's flue diameter is in the spec table on its product page (the "Flue diameter" row). No stove, pellet stoves included, is installed without a flue.
A non-combustible floor under the stove
On wooden flooring, laminate or carpet, put a stove base (stove mat) or another non-combustible surface under the stove, and keep furniture and curtains away from it.

A socket for electric models
Pellet stoves with automatic ignition and models with a fan run on electricity: there should be a socket near where the stove will stand. The product page says whether a model needs electricity.
A carbon monoxide detector
Every burning stove produces carbon monoxide. Fit a CO detector in the room where the stove stands.

How much does stove installation cost?
We confirm the installation fee on WhatsApp when you order; there is no price on this page. Send the model, your address (district) and a photo of the flue outlet.
Do you install stoves in Aydın and Muğla?
No. Our installation service covers only the İzmir region; in Aydın and Muğla we ship the stove to your address. Stoves and fireplaces are shipped free by cargo across Türkiye (3 days on average; payment by bank transfer).
I have no chimney. Can you still install a stove?
No stove is installed without a flue. Send a photo of the wall or window where the flue would go and of the room on WhatsApp, and we will tell you whether the stove you chose can be connected there.
Can I see a stove before buying?
Some stove models are on display in our Ödemiş shop (Mimar Sinan Mah. Beydağ Cad. No:10, 35750 Ödemiş, İzmir, Türkiye). Ask on WhatsApp which models are on display before you come.
What size stove do I need in İzmir?
For a 90 m² home with average insulation and a 2.7 m ceiling, the estimated heat demand in İzmir is 6.1 kW, so a 8 kW class stove. Insulation, ceiling height and the number of rooms heated change the result; enter your own figures in the calculator.
