Delivery
We deliver to your address with our own vehicles within 350 km by road of Ödemiş (171 districts in 14 provinces); beyond it we ship across Türkiye by cargo (the cargo fee is paid by the buyer, payment is by bank transfer (havale/EFT) and delivery takes 3 days on average).
Payment
For deliveries made with our own vehicles, payment is on delivery (cash or credit card) or by bank transfer (havale/EFT). Payment on delivery is available except prepaid items, which are paid for in advance by bank transfer. Orders sent by cargo are paid by bank transfer (havale/EFT).

How do I find out the price?
After we receive your request we call you or write to you on WhatsApp; the price is given in that conversation. The pine pellet price is not shown on the site.
Where do you deliver?
