Preliminary Information Form
The matters you must be informed of before placing your order, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Main Characteristics of the Products
Our site sells coal, firewood, barbecue charcoal, stoves and fireplaces, and some food products. The main characteristics of each product in your order (type, size / weight and, where applicable, technical values) are shown on the relevant product page; the product name, the option you chose and the quantity are shown in the order summary on the payment page and in the WhatsApp order message.
For products whose price is not shown on the site, such as pellets, the price and characteristics are communicated separately on WhatsApp or by phone before you order; for these products the contract is formed when you approve the price communicated to you.
3. Price
Product prices and the order total are shown in Turkish lira, VAT included. The total amount and the VAT it contains appear in the order summary on the payment page before you send the order.
Delivery fee: No delivery fee is charged in the free delivery area in and around Ödemiş. In the İzmir delivery area, delivery is also free for orders of 5 tons or more. In other areas the delivery fee is not included in the order total; it is communicated on WhatsApp or by phone according to the delivery address and submitted for your approval before payment. You have no obligation to pay a delivery fee you have not approved.
4. Payment
- Payment on delivery: in cash or by credit card when the goods are delivered.
- Bank transfer (havale / EFT): our account details are sent to you on WhatsApp after your order, together with your order number. Make the payment after you have received them.
No card details are taken on the site; no card payment is made over the internet.
5. Delivery
The products are delivered from our depot in Ödemiş / İzmir to the address you give when ordering. We serve places within about 350 km by road of our depot. The delivery day is agreed with you on WhatsApp or by phone after your order. In every case, delivery cannot exceed the legal maximum of 30 days from the date your order reaches us; if we cannot deliver within that period you may terminate the contract.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. It is enough to send your notice of withdrawal within this period by e-mail to yakgelsincom@gmail.com or in writing over WhatsApp.
- You send back or hand over the product within 14 days after your notice of withdrawal reaches us.
- Within 14 days of the notice reaching us, the full amount you paid (including the delivery cost, if any) is refunded to you in a way that matches the payment method you used.
- During the withdrawal period you may examine the product in line with its normal use and its nature; you are not liable for changes that arise from doing so.
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:
- Products that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date may pass (for example food products such as chestnuts and figs).
- Products which, after delivery, are mixed with other products and by their nature cannot be separated (for example fuel delivered loose that has been mixed into your existing stock of coal or firewood).
7. Complaints and Objections
You can send your complaints to our phone, WhatsApp or e-mail address above. In the event of a dispute, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at your place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made, and for disputes above those limits to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi). An application to the consumer arbitration committee can also be made through e-Devlet with the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).
8. The Contract
Your order is subject to the terms of the Distance Sales Agreement. An order cannot be sent on the payment page without confirming that you have read this form and the agreement; the time of your confirmation is kept in the order record.
